At New Beginnings Center of Hope, we understand the private nature of your sexual and reproductive health decisions and take great care to securely collect and store your personal information. All personal information (ex:name, email, phone number, address, pregnancy/reproductive health decisions) that you provide via our office forms, website forms and verbally during personal consultation at our Center will be stored in locked cabinets and secure servers. Additionally,all staff and volunteers of the Center will take reasonable measures to prevent the loss, misuse, or alteration of your personal information.
NBCOH may use your personal information in the following ways after we have obtained your written consent:
- to contact you in response to an inquiry you made via our helpline website form or email address. *NBCOH will not initiate unsolicited contact using your personal information.
- to facilitate organizational support services. All agents and subcontractors NBCOH does business with are obligated to use your personal information in accordance with the terms of this privacy statement.
- as required by law in connection with prospective or actual legal proceedings involving NBCOH.
